As the world around us gets noisier, and even telling what is real v not becomes harder to discern, the one true compass we all have and can return to is the shared heartbeat of the fire within all of us that burns with truth and discernment.

In this experience, you will be guided, in practice, to return to the call of the drum, and reconnect with your authentic purpose in this world.

Who Is This For

This experience has been created for anyone who is seeking to reconnect, through the body to themselves. In and environment where it is increasingly difficult to find safe, facilitated spaces with integrity to meet regardless of gender identity, this experience is designed for us all to come togehter in practice to meet ourself and to witness others and be witnessed by them.

If you have found that you are consistently in the mind, lost in thought or stuck in patterns, this circle is for you.

The only compass back into coherence is within you.

The Arc Of The Evening

Using the instruments of breath, attention, sound, movement, and shamanic meditation, we will journey through an embodiment experience designed to help you peel back the layers of disassociation or numbing, reconnecting to the essence that is authentically you.

You will be given the opportunity to share your intentions for the experience, and there will be time for integration, sharing, and questions at the end.

We invite you to simply come ready to be in an experience. No prior contact with this kind of work is required.

You will be encouraged to meet your edge, but never to blow past it.

You modulate the depth of your journey.

All within the safety of a container that is grounded in lineage, training, and is trauma-informed.

What You Will Leave With

This is not another sharing circle.

You will leave the circle having integrated and internalized changes that will continue to work on you long after our time together.

You will also be walking away with a new found set of practices, some of which you easily be able to engage in on your own, post-experience, in the privacy of your own home.

Every step of this circle is designed to empower you to return to the into the quiet corners of the ethers of your own soul.

Tim Griffiths is a psychotherapist, coach, and transpersonal facilitator of Embodied Masculine (CEMF-2). He supports men and women toward a courageous meeting with the grief and fear that quietly shapes their lives, guiding them toward a deeper honesty and self respect. Drawing on psychotherapy, somatic practice, coaching and ritual, Tim offers a grounded relational space where people can step into their own authority and develop an inward relating that transforms how they meet the world around them.

As co-founder of Mersey Men, Tim has spent several years holding and assisting in transformational spaces informed by psychotherapy, men’s work, neo-tantra, embodiment, and ceremonial practice.

Arivind Abraham serves as a ferryman for those navigating the passages between death and rebirth. His work is rooted in Tibetan Buddhist practice, his maternal lineage's relationship with Kali Amman, an evolving relationship with Quimbanda, and decades spent learning what it means to die and be reborn—again and again. He guides others through the liminal spaces where the old self falls away and something truer begins to emerge.
