The Third Way
A 4 week healing container for all
Begins July 10th 2026
Something broke between us a long time ago, not between any two people specifically but between all of us, across bloodlines and centuries, in ways we are still only beginning to see and name. We feel it in how hard it is to truly trust each other, in the guardedness that lives just beneath the surface even in our closest relationships, in the distance that opens up right at the moment we most want to reach across to each other.
We have been doing our healing in separate rooms. Men with men, women with women, both necessary and neither complete. What we haven't done yet is come together and do it in front of each other, with each other, for each other.
This container is that invitation. To finally be in the room together, to name what we carry and witness what the other carries, and to begin the kind of forgiveness that moves through bloodlines rather than just between two people.
WHAT WE COME TO HEAL
For centuries, the gifts that live at the center of what it means to be fully human were made dangerous.
Intuition, feeling, the capacity to sense what is true before you can explain it, the willingness to speak that truth out loud even when it costs you something. These weren't just suppressed in individuals. They were driven underground in our bloodlines, and the fear that accompanied that suppression has been moving through our lineages ever since, showing up in our bodies and our relationships in ways we rarely connect back to their source.
Women have been carrying the memory of what it cost to be seen in their full power, and that memory lives in the body long after the mind has moved on.
It shows up as the reflex to make yourself smaller before anyone else can make you smaller, as a distrust of other women that was never really yours to begin with, as the habit of abandoning yourself quietly and early so that you don't have to experience the louder abandonment of being cast out.
Men have been carrying something different but equally heavy, a severing from their own interior life that was so complete and so early that most don't even know what was taken.
The disconnection from feeling, from intuition, from the feminine that lives inside every person regardless of gender, and underneath all of that a grief that was never given a name and a fear of women's power that was never examined closely enough to understand where it actually came from.
And between us, all of it accumulates into the gap we feel but struggle to name.
The guardedness where real reciprocity wants to live. The centuries of betrayal that are still quietly present every time we try to genuinely reach each other, making trust feel like a risk that history has proven unwise.
What becomes possible when we stop healing around each other and start healing with each other is the question this container exists to answer. We name what we carry, we witness what the other carries, and we begin to forgive what was never truly ours to hold, not to erase what happened but to finally stop living inside it.
THE PROCESS
Every call opens with an embodiment practice rooted in the theme of that week's work, followed by a sharing circle where each person is given the space to speak to what is present for them and to receive the light their circle can shine on their blind spots.
The first call is for our sisters.
The second for our brothers.
The third and fourth we come together, joined by guest teachers, to do the work that can only happen when we are all in the room.
Between calls, a channeled prompt anchors your practice, and a private Signal group holds the community in mutual support throughout.
